Helbreath USA Password Reset Help

We understand that changing your game password isn't high on the prioity list, in order to maintain your account it is an important thing to do every so often. In order to increase game security we will be going through the accounts and systematically resetting passwords. This means that you will have to recover your password in order to regain access to your account. Don't worry, we understand that some emails get out of date and accounts have changed hands over the years so we have created the following help site in order to help you with recovering your password. Please be sure to complete the password reset via the site prior to completing the help form located here. The password reset will be faster!

Step 1.

Load the Helbreath Account Maintenance website located on the left side of the menu.

Step 2.

Click on the "recover password" link.

Step 3.

Enter in your account name / login.

Step 4.

Type in a NEW password

Step 5

Go to your email account and find the email.
You may need to search your junk / spam filter
From: "iEntertainment Network Password Sorcerer"
Subject: "Your password change request"

Step 6

This email will give you a link to accept the password change.

If you entered an email address it will give you a list of all accounts linked to that email including the last name on the account. If you entered in an account name, it will give you the account name and the last name
