Head to the TIXX support system and make a "[Event] Portal Tokens, Token and Prize Claim Form".

This column tell you how many tokens you need to create the item from scratch.
# of Tokens
This column tells you how many tokens you need to get the upgrade (for Crits and Health) and how many you need to claim the items listed.
